Summer on the lake
Swimming, pedal boats and paddleboarding on the nearby Afritzer See, one of Carinthia's warmer small lakes.

Chalet Mirnockblick is our own chalet for six at the DualResorts park in Afritz am See, a short walk from the Afritzer See.
In summer the lake is a ten-minute stroll from the door. In winter the sauna is warm and four ski areas wait within a short drive.
Plan your stayThe chalet sits in a small, quiet holiday park in the Gegendtal valley, surrounded by the wooded slopes of the Nockberge.
Inside, warm timber walls and large windows carry the landscape through the whole house: an open kitchen and dining room on the ground floor, three bedrooms for up to six guests, and a private sauna for slow evenings after a day on the trails or the slopes.
The house is owned by a single family, not by an anonymous chain. We and the park’s managers look after the house ourselves; Villa for You handles the letting and sends guests the practical information for their stay.

An open ground floor with a dining table for six, and three calm timber bedrooms: two doubles upstairs and a ground-floor room with a 160 × 200 cm sofa bed.

The two small luxuries that shape a day here: a private sauna after a hike or a day on the slopes, and a covered terrace facing the green valley.

Your own sauna beside the upstairs bathroom. No schedules, no shared facilities, just heat and quiet.

25 m² of sheltered, illuminated outdoor dining from the first spring sun until late autumn, with a balcony upstairs.
The Afritzer See and the Nockberge mountains set the rhythm: swimming and slow trails in summer, snow and skiing in the region in winter.

The Slow Trail follows the lakeshore at walking pace; quiet valley roads and Nockberge trails invite rides and hikes.

Snow settles over the whole park; the house stays warm with underfloor heating behind thick timber walls.

Gerlitzen and Bad Kleinkirchheim are both a short drive away, with ski storage and boot warmers at the house.

Lake Brennsee, just 2 km away, often freezes over enough in cold winters to allow ice skating.
Gerlitzen and Bad Kleinkirchheim sit closest to the valley; Heidialm and Turracher Höhe are worth the extra half hour. Ski storage and boot warmers wait at the house.
