Getting here
From the A10, take the Villach exit and follow the B98 through Treffen into the Gegendtal. Afritz am See is about 25 minutes from Villach; the DualResorts park lies at the edge of the village, toward the lake.
Key handover is arranged personally with us before arrival.
How the house works
- Sauna: switch on beside the sauna door, allow 30 minutes to heat; please shower before use and switch off after.
- Heating: underfloor heating throughout, room thermostats on each floor; changes take a few hours to feel.
- Waste: Austria separates strictly - paper, plastic/metal, glass and residual waste have their own bins; containers are at the park entrance.
- Wi-Fi: free throughout the house; network name and password are in the welcome folder.
